Vendor Responsibilities Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of the information, timely delivery of services, and maintaining quality standards. 3. Account Security You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility. 4. Compliance You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the platform. Any illegal or misleading activity will lead to immediate termination. 5. Service Fees Vendors agree to the pricing, commission, and payout structure as communicated by Tech Mights at the time of onboarding. 6. Content Ownership You retain rights to your own content but grant FlashBot by Tech Mights the license to display and promote it. 7. Dispute Resolution In the event of any dispute, Tech Mights will review and resolve matters fairly, but reserves final decision-making authority. 8. Termination Tech Mights reserves the right to terminate vendor access at any time due to non-compliance, complaints, or inactivity. 9. Modifications These terms may be updated periodically.
